Join the intermediate standing workshop in Utrecht, where acrobats can take their hand to hand skills to the next level. Led by experienced teachers Shona Morgan and Rachel Locks, this workshop is perfect for acrobats who are comfortable in basic standing acro and are ready for more exciting challenges. Shona, an Olympic gymnast who performed with Cirque Du Soleil, and Rachel, a three-time national champion in Sports Acro, will guide participants through mini dynamic moves and advanced dance lifts, as well as teach the building blocks to a solid hand to hand practice.

To attend the workshop, participants should have a walking comfortable and safe two high and be able to hold a handstand against the wall or with a spotter for at least 10 seconds. By the end of the workshop, attendees will come away with a stronger foundation in hand to hand and feel inspired to push the boundaries of their standing practice.

The Oudegracht runs through the city center of the ancient Dutch city of Utrecht, starting in the southeast of the city.
