Join the Introduction to the Darkroom workshop in Liverpool on March 3rd, 2024. Led by Rachel Brewster Wright, founder of Little Vintage Photography, this workshop will cover all the basic components and processes of using darkroom equipment. Participants will have the opportunity to create their own black and white prints from their negatives, using high-quality Ilford chemicals and photographic paper provided by the tutor.

The workshop will take place at the dot-art Darkroom, located in The Cotton Exchange Building on Old Hall Street in Liverpool. The cost to attend is £81.96 per person for the full day. All necessary materials will be provided, with participants only needing to bring their own ready-processed black & white 35mm negatives. Please note that there are only three spots available for this session, so early booking is essential.

Cancellation and refund policies apply, with full refunds issued for cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of the course. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance. Substitutions are allowed if you are unable to attend and have someone else take your place.

This is a pilgrimage, as a Liverpool fan. No matter how this journey is perceived by others, it is a perfect one in my heart. Especially when I passed through the player tunnel and saw the sign of Anfield, my heart was filled with emotion. When I stood on the stadium and closed my eyes, I could imagine the bustling crowds here on match days.

I am not a Beatles fan, but after this tour, I was still moved by their legendary stories. And I found that some of the familiar songs were written by them. I appreciate Lenon&#39;s talent, but I like McCartney&#39;s gentleness and restraint more. It is a good place to visit.
