These sessions are specifically tailored for migrants and refugees from Ukraine, as well as Central and Eastern Europe. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive environment for self-expression, healing, and emotional growth. What is Intuitive Painting?Intuitive painting is a therapeutic practice that helps you connect with your inner emotions. It’s less about creating art and more about embracing the present moment and releasing the pressure of judgement or perfection. By allowing yourself to explore and express freely, this process can help you release stress, process emotions, and foster a deeper connection with yourself. Why Should You Join?This workshop is designed to offer more than just creative expression—it aims to improve your mental health and emotional well-being. Through art, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your experiences, build resilience, and find a sense of peace and belonging in a new environment. We made a dedicated trip and had a lovely few hours. There was lots to see with split levels that kept your interest. The penguins were nice, the octopus made an appearance and we would have loved to see more of the otters., we see the otters.. There is plenty to see, read and touch. My grand daughter loved it all, the turtle in the tunnel is beautiful . It was clean, and we had a great time, would definitely go back, staff were helpful,its really nice and deserve to be visited again and again.

For a smaller town the Art Museum as great. We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend it if you are traveling to Birmingham. Make sure to call ahead to see if they are open.

We went to the hotel to drop our luggage, went to a big meal at a Michelin-star restaurant, and then began to get to know the city. First of all, we came to Victoria Square. A building imitating the Greek temple was very eye-catching. This was actually their town hall. A beautiful baroque building next to it was the Birmingham Museum and Art Museum. It was also free to visit, so I went in and strolled around. There were not many people. The exhibits are quite rich, from ancient Egypt to the present artwork, there are exhibitions.

There are Chinese Super League, restaurants, and many other specialty restaurants to choose from. It is not difficult to find what you want to eat here. But this time I chose this restaurant, the food was a bit disappointing.
