Natalie and Ingrid are joining forces to create this magical Kundalini Activation and Sound Bath Immersion experience. 
Experience a beautiful sound bath guided by Ingrid where she will use many different instruments that will help bring your body back into balance. Receiving these high frequency sounds re introduce the mind and bodys natural vibrations into your biofield which creates healing from the inside out. 
Following the sound bath, deep dive into the Kundalini Activation with Natalie. 
A profound re wiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every symptom or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations, are seen regularly in participants. 
As far as the actual process goes, you will lay down on a yoga mat while music is being played, Natalie will touch or press some of the chakra or meridian points on your body.

Preparation for the session 
Be aware of what you are consuming - eat light - avoid a heavy/big meal and do not eat any later than 2 hours before the session.
Wear comfortable clothes - layers are best 
Everything you need to particpate in the session will be provided for you. 
After effects 
You may feel the energy for the next few days, be aware of any changes within yourself or your behaviour (This is  a great time for journalling!) You may become more sensitive and feel more connected to your higher self. Its important to really listen to your body for example you may need more rest than usual, crave different foods, have vivid dreams, your sleep patterns may change or you may sleep alot deeper especially the morning after the session ( So set an extra alarm!) The after effects vary from person to person and depend where you are on your journey.
WHO CAN NOT ATTEND THIS SESSION 
This session is not recommended for
Anyone that is pregnant
Those with pacemakers or conditions such as arrhythmias, hypertension or other heart issues
Anyone with severe mental health conditions like PTSD, schizophernia and psychosis, or struggling with maniaand/or  delusions may find the session extremely overwhelming 
Eplieptics - Seek professional medical permission before attending as the vibrations, frequencies and sounds could trigger a seizure (loud music will be played for Kundalini Activation)
If you have had any type of surgery in the last 3 months.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the session is due to start, so you have plenty of time to use the bathroom and store your belongings we will start promplty at 6:30 and late comers are very disruptive to the session.
To access the studio space, which is at the back of The Hare and The Moon shop, please take the road to the right (Knowle Road) and once down there take the first left down a small alley way (everything is clearly sign posted) and come in through the back door, which will be open( please see attached picture)
