"Tapirulàn" tells the story of Emma, a psychologist who works from home and rarely leaves her house. She conducts consultations through a screen, striving to improve her clients' lives while maintaining a strict daily routine. However, Emma's carefully constructed world is disrupted when her younger sister reappears after 26 years. This film will be shown in Italian with English subtitles and will be introduced with a brief analysis of the director's work and the movie's context. 

The screening will take place on Monday, January 15, 2024, at 6pm at the Italian Institute of Culture in Dublin. Admission is free, but we recommend booking your seats in advance. Be warned, to walk all the way through takes about an hour and there are no busses that stop in the park- they only drive through and stop either side, but the park itself is beautiful and easy to spend that much time wandering in, the deer are usually in the upper end of the park after the cricket field, there are a few food carts dotted around and also Dublin zoo located in the park
