Curious about arm balances and inversions, but feel intimidated or stuck? This workshop is designed to build confidence, strength, and trust in your own body — no matter where you’re starting from. Together, we’ll explore poses like crow, side crow, flying split, flying lizard, headstand and forearm stand using smart progressions, partner work, and wall support.You’ll leave feeling grounded, informed, and inspired to keep practicing flight — with joy instead of fear.
