This workshop introduces participants to simple yet effective techniques for creating composite and meditative mandala designs.  By exploring colour, symmetry, and mindfulness, participants engage in mental fitness, enhancing focus and emotional well-being.  Who is the activity aimed at? This activity is designed for individuals aged 18 and above, including seniors. It is particularly inclusive for those who may have limited mobility or cannot engage in physical exercises, providing them with an opportunity to participate in mental fitness activities.
