(Email - andrew@dancesavoirfaire.com to book)METAPHYSICAL LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE, often referred to as  Universal Laws  or  Hermetic principles,  are scientific, spiritual or philosophical concepts that describe the underlying order and interconnectedness of reality. Suggesting that our conscious and unconscious thoughts, beliefs, intentions, and actions have a direct impact on the experiences we manifest in life; some common examples include the Law of Attraction, Polarity, Vibration, Cause and Effect. Some of these laws are based on scientific findings by Einstein and Neils Bohr to name only two. Others originate from ancient wisdoms that have stood the test of time and are part of everyday life. However others are considered metaphysical, meaning they are not directly provable by scientific methods, but are based on philosophical and spiritual principles. However advances in science and measuring capabilities, it is slowly becoming possible to prove some of these more metaphysical laws particularly in Quantum Physics. While many spiritual teaching and physists such as Bohr and Einstein disagree on the interpretation of such 'laws', especially over the nature of reality and the role of observation in determining outcomes (famously encapsulated in Einstein's quote,  God does not play dice ), they all share a profound respect for the scientific process, empirical evidence, and the pursuit of deeper knowledge. These debates have had a lasting impact on the development of quantum theory and the philosophy of science, spirituality and life. “Science is not in opposition to spirituality but purely a way of measuring it, now or in the future.” METAPHYSICAL DANCE IS: A continuously evolving therapeutic self development coaching tool.A mindful lense or tool through which one can observe, embody and understand the universal 'metaphysical' laws such as the law of Vibration, Attention, Intention, Alignment, Balance, Leadership, Followership, Timing, Synchronicity and many more that are  Meta  beyond , within and govern the 'Physical'. And how they all apply to you and the way you move, be and belong in the world.It is the understanding, integration and balancing of Masculine (Structure & Discipline) with Feminine (Flow & Freedom) Where structure and discipline are there to enable harmonious and efficient flow not prohibit it.A way of regulating and balancing the body's nervous system.An embodied self-enquiry, diagnostic tool to bring one's subconscious programs and beliefs (root causes) into the light of compassionate awareness, to facilitate a re-wiring of our brains and mastering our bodies and lives.Builds connection, confidence and faith in oneself and life.A direct and experiential way of integrating and understanding spiritual teachings such as Oneness and Love.A continual and delicate process of enlightenment, transformation and restoration. Workshops will include mindful movement with or without music, dance with or without partners, and group sharing of what was observed whilst moving.
