Whether you’re brand new to the game or just getting started, this program is packed with fun and skill-building to help you rally with confidence. 🎉🏓 🗓️ What You’ll Learn Each Week:
Week 1: Pickleball Basics & Groundstrokes 🏓
Learn the rules, scoring and basic gameplay tactics
Master the basics of forehand and backhand strokes. Week 2: Serve, Return & Positioning 🎯
Develop consistent serves and returns to start every rally strong.
Understand court positioning and transition to the non-volley zone (kitchen). Week 3: Dinking & Net Play 🤩
Discover the art of dinking and soft shots to dominate at the net.
Practice net control and staying out of the kitchen’s trouble zone. Week 4: Strategy & Game Play 💪
Combine skills with strategies for doubles play and court movement.
Enjoy coached games to tie it all together and build confidence for social play! Program Highlights:
