Volunteer Victoria's Oak Bay Secondary School Volunteer Fair Overview
Volunteer Victoria is always working hard to bring as many interesting activities as possible to our members. Working in partnership with wonderful school staff, this will be an exciting and enjoyable Volunteer Fair at Oak Bay Secondary School. Participating agencies will have a chance to network with other community organizations, meet exciting students that are looking to engage as volunteers, and connect with teaching personnel. So, please come and connect with high school students today to discover a new level of energy, enthusiasm and a fresh perspective.
The actual fair will run from 9:30AM to 11:30am (2 hrs). Set up is from 9:00AM to 9:30AM, and take down will be taking place from 11:30am to Noon.
Fair Location
The Fair will be held in the Cafeteria of the school. (Go through the main entrance, down the hall on the first floor just past the Career Centre on the right.)
Parking & Drop Off
Parking is available in the lot at the end of Goldsmith St. behind the Oak Bay Rec Centre Tennis Bubble. Load in with a 5 minute time limit at the front loop of the school or from the side parking lot behind the schools stone-gate entrance.
Table & Tablecloths
Each vendor will be provided with one table and two chairs. Tablecloths are provided for this event.
Light snacks will be provided.
This is our sixth year at Oak Bay Secondary and we hope to see you there!
