OUR LIBERATOR: ST. JOSEPH & THE PRIESTS OF DACHAU
In the spring of 1945, the Roman Catholic priest inmates of the
 
Dachau Concentration Camp began a novena to St Joseph, praying for their liberation. On April 29, nine days later — just a few hours before the scheduled destruction of the camp — all prisoners were liberated. This Knights of Columbus film tells their remarkable true story and the power of intercessory prayer.
The event will include a showing of the film followed by a discussion and reception.

National Mall

The National Mall is a must-check-in place for Washington tourism. One is the Lincoln Memorial and the other is the Washington Monument. There is a pool of water between them and green spaces on both sides.
