PATTAYA, Thailand—The 2025 Pattaya International Tattoo Festival will bring together top tattoo artists from more than 27 countries at the Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya on September 12-13. Now in its second year, the festival is themed “Rising of the East” and aims to showcase Asia’s influence in global tattoo culture. 
The event, hosted by the City of Pattaya in partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TCEB) and Royal Garden Plaza, aims to establish Pattaya as an emerging hub for tattoo artistry and soft power. Local officials including Bang Lamung District Governor Patcharapatch Sritanyanon and Pattaya Mayor Poramet Ngampichet joined organizers and artists at a packed press conference this week to unveil the festival’s lineup.

It&#39;s amazing. They are all wood carvings. They are still being carved. You can stay longer to see the craftsman spirit. Some people do this for their whole life. They are really meticulously carved. I feel that no matter how you take pictures, you can&#39;t capture her beauty. The ticket is worth it. It&#39;s amazing to see

I still recommend going there. Although it is not so lively inside, you can still take some nice photos. But it is more cost-effective to book tickets on Ctrip one day in advance. It is not cost-effective to buy tickets directly on the day. I booked the ticket in the early morning, and Ctrip showed that it would be available in 4 hours. When I arrived at the ticket exchange office, I was told that the ticket I bought on the day could not be used, but after communicating with her, I said that it could be used as shown above, and she helped me check the information and said that it could be used.
