PROBLEM PATTERNS
Heading into the latter half of a decade together, Problem Patterns are well-seasoned and only getting weirder. Refusing the notion of softening with age, the band are constantly pushing themselves through their musical output whilst keeping their roots political and feminist.
Winners of the Northern Ireland Music Prize in 2024, 2025 has seen the band head to international stages with NXNE in Toronto, Canada and Motel Mozaique in Rotterdam, NL. They recently supported The Mary Wallopers at the SSE Arena in Belfast with upcoming tour plans taking them across Ireland and the UK.
Their latest release highlights the band’s collective musical growth while not shying away from the outspoken, chaotic spirit they’ve become renowned for.
PONYHAWKE
Ponyhawke was born out of frustration at the lack of queer clubbing opportunities in Belfast, almost 10 years ago.
It has grown from a very naively thrown together party starting out at the Pavilion, to gathering a cult following at The Menagerie before moving to Ulster Sports Club in 2019, allowing PH to blossom into one of Belfast’s most important & cherished club nights.
Marion Hawkes is a respected DJ in her own right having played all over UK & Ireland for the past 12 years with, Boiler Room, NTS & Vinyl Factory, Keep Hush all under her belt, and brings the punch to the night; her record store Sound Advice Belfast is a creative hub for the city for pushing underground music and supporting new blood.
Dillon McDonnell has a previous life as a classical musician with a solid grounding in music to having bagged some high profile gigs as a dj representing at AVA, The Night Institute,. His love of disco and all things italo adds flair to Pony.
Together their chemistry on stage reflects the love & passion the duo have for providing a safer & welcoming space to dance and mingle with queer folk and allies, making it a vital outlet for the underrepresented.

This attraction is really immersive and fun whilst being informative. Diving into the history of how the titanic right from the beginning the experience really gives you a clear idea on how people lived and worked back then. This tour is perfect for any age group and is a great way to spend a few outs of your day.

We were led by a big-bellied man, who took the middle staircase to the second floor. He asked us to introduce ourselves at the circular handrail in the middle. We were from all over the country, and most of us were foreigners. Then he led us to the parliament hall, which is where the parliamentarians usually hold meetings. There was a microphone at each seat. He then began to talk about the origin and function of this building, and spoke with great vigor. Everyone could sit anywhere, even the speaker&#39;s seat. After the introduction, he led us to visit other halls. The huge banquet hall was covered with thick and beautiful red carpet. I can&#39;t remember which hall was covered with blue carpet.

The Peace Bridge is a beautiful landscape in Belfast. It represents a very sad history and also represents the hope of the people of Northern Ireland. The walls are covered with various graffiti works, most of which are paintings expressing peace in Northern Ireland. Some of the graffiti works are very moving and worth appreciating.
