Join Heather Cintron, a POUND® Instructor, at Columbia Kettle Works in Columbia for an exhilarating fitness experience like no other. Get ready to SWEAT, SCULPT, and ROCK with the POUND® ROCKOUT WORKOUT. This high-energy cardio session, inspired by drumming, will have you channeling your inner rock-star as you torch calories and tone your body to the beat of your favorite music.

Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, you'll engage your entire body in this full-body workout. And to reward your hard work, you'll receive a complimentary beverage of your choice after the 45-minute session. Please note that dinner is available but not included in the ticket price.

To ensure you secure your spot, please arrive early to register. Doors will open at 2:30, and the class will take place upstairs next to SWITCHBOARD Studios & Gallery. The cost of the event is $20 per person, which includes the Pound® workout, use of official Pound® Ripstix®, and one drink ticket. Tipping your bartender is encouraged and appreciated.

Remember to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel, and feel free to bring your own exercise mat if you prefer. During the session, there will be two tracks where you'll be seated. Thank you for your interest in POUND® and POUR!
