Located in the historic and stunning Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO, these workouts provide a full body experience that will strengthen and condition your body for the upcoming year. As winter approaches and the trail running and hiking season winds down, now is the perfect time to focus on building a solid foundation of strength and endurance.

Join us for weekly workouts on Saturday and Sunday mornings, where you will engage in a challenging 75-90 minute session that includes cardio, strength training, and core exercises. Utilizing the stairs, bleachers, and trails at Red Rocks, these workouts will push you to your limits and help you overcome your weaknesses. For those warmer days, there will even be an optional trail run included.

Don't worry if you're a beginner or at a different fitness level - modifications will be provided to accommodate everyone. Meet at the trading post to begin your journey towards a stronger, injury-free future.
