Sof Rosato is the proof in the pudding. Made by Lodovico Antinori, the creator of Masseto and Ornellaia, Sof was inspired by and dedicated to his daughter Sofia. The wine is sourced from Bibbona, bordering the prestigious DOC of Bolgheri. Here, the vines benefit from optimal sun exposure with abundant light during the day, and cooling sea breezes at night. The result is a precise and elegant rose with complex aromas.
