This is an invitation to arrive, lay down, rest and practice the art of 
receiving
 while healing sounds and vibrations of gongs and other beautiful instruments are played with loving, conscious intention.
But the experience does not end there…
As the sounds echo in your cells and soul, the journey will continue by gently inviting you to ignite your own inner vibrational medicine.
There will be an intuitive flow and each group of gatherers create a different soundscape. We may:
-shake
-sing/chant
-sound
-move
And more….
This is a dynamic element to experience the potential of igniting your own vibrational healer and feeling the power of participating in the 
co-creation
 of healing sounds. You are always welcome to remain laying on the floor and continuing to receive.
As the journey flows from stillness to movement, after being immersed in the rhythm and sounds, we will come back down to the ground to tune into our hearts with more soft & supportive sounds to begin 
radiating 
the energy we have awoken within and then out into the world.
This is an offering, not a performance 
with the intention to help you feel:

-grounded
I look so forward to immersing ourselves together in the frequencies of beautiful energy and sounds to support our wellbeing and nurture our spirit.
*Please arrive between 2-2:15 to set up your personal nest/space and be ready to open circle at 2:25
Please Bring:
-Whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor ( yoga mat, pillows, blankets)
-Closed water bottle and eye mask
-Comfortable clothes and layers for temperature changes
-Yourself EXACTLY AS YOU ARE!
