Join SheJumps and Sports Basement for an exciting and educational Wax & Wine workshop in Sunnyvale, CA. This mid-winter event is the perfect opportunity to learn ski and board maintenance techniques, including waxing and tuning, to get your gear ready for shredding. Not only will you gain valuable knowledge, but you'll also have the chance to connect with fellow skiing and riding enthusiasts over libations and delicious nibbles. Plus, take advantage of a limited-time discounted rate to shop for this season's gear.

There are two ticket options available:
- $15: This ticket allows you to have hands-on experience waxing your own gear. Due to limited availability, only 10 tickets are offered, so early registration is recommended. This ticket also includes light snacks and drinks.
- $10: With this ticket, you can watch and learn how to wax your gear at home. It also includes light snacks and drinks.

The event will take place at Sports Basement Sunnyvale, located at 1177 Kern Avenue. Free on-site parking is available, and for those using public transportation, there is a nearby bus line with a short walk.

Please remember to bring your skis or board if they require waxing. While we may not be able to wax every participant's gear during the event, we will do our best to accommodate as many as possible.

We kindly ask that individuals experiencing cold-like symptoms refrain from attending to prioritize the health and well-being of our community.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund on the ticket price (optional donations are non-refundable).
- Cancellations made within 3-6 days in advance of the event date will receive a 50% refund (optional donations are non-refundable).
- No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the event, as this does not allow sufficient time to fill the spot.

SheJumps is dedicated to increasing the participation of women and girls in outdoor activities, promoting confidence, leadership, and a connection to nature and community through affordable outdoor education. The organization welcomes all women and girls, including transgender, cisgender, and non-binary individuals.
