SHINE U
 is an in-house program that highlights the letters "H" hobbies, "I" interests/irritants and "E" experiences from our SHINE framework. The objective is to foster discovery, exploration and experimentation for our participants in a low stakes kind of way. SHINE U workshops connect people with unique hobbies, interests/irritants & experiences to help promote learning, diversity, inclusivity and community.
In this workshop, facilitated by Cicely Carr, you will use journaling to design a plan for an intentional life, capturing meaningful moments, and to create a lasting legacy. You'll craft a personalized system that aligns with your goals and values. Through creative layouts and guided prompts, you'll leave with a customized journal that leaves you inspired.

I’m Cicely Carr, an artist, educator, and faith-based creative passionate about helping others grow through intentional reflection and storytelling. With a background in special education and a love for teaching, I create engaging workshops that blend creativity, personal growth, and faith. As the founder of

, I encourage others to explore their faith, emotions, and aspirations through journaling. I’ve led Bible studies, creative wellness challenges, and writing courses, empowering individuals to embrace their stories with confidence. I believe journaling is a powerful tool for self-discovery, creativity, and transformation, and I’m excited to help others use it in meaningful ways.
