Welcome to SOS, the home of the world's most empowering dance classes! SOS offers exhilarating dance routines taught by Amanda, the Birmingham BOSS, designed to make you feel amazing and have fun. These routines are created by top backing dancers who work with renowned artists like Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, and Rihanna. Our certified instructors, known as SOS BOSSES, teach the same routines at every SOS location worldwide, following the SOS teaching method.

No matter your dance experience, you're welcome at SOS. We understand the nerves that come with your first class, but rest assured, our amazing routines are broken down into manageable sections, allowing you to learn at your own pace. SOS dance classes are not about perfection; they're about moving your body and embracing self-care and self-love.

In this week's routine, we'll be dancing to Christina Aguilera's "Can't Hold Us Down," choreographed by Lisa Spencer. The class begins with a 10-minute warm-up and gentle stretches suitable for all levels, accompanied by an incredible playlist to get you moving. During the rehearsal process, we break down the routine into bite-sized sections, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and learn the moves gradually. Amanda will also share VIP dance tips to make you feel like the star you are.

The performance section of the class allows you to dance the entire routine to music, creating a safe and judgment-free zone for you to let out your inner 'Sasha Fierce.' Children love it, it&#39;s a must for families with kids! I saw British schools also organize students to play there. Overall, it&#39;s more worthwhile than the Whisky Museum and the Peter Rabbit Museum. The first two are actually worth going to the shopping malls to buy something, and the doors of the shopping malls are open to passers-by.

We made a dedicated trip and had a lovely few hours. There was lots to see with split levels that kept your interest. The penguins were nice, the octopus made an appearance and we would have loved to see more of the otters., we see the otters.. There is plenty to see, read and touch. My grand daughter loved it all, the turtle in the tunnel is beautiful . It was clean, and we had a great time, would definitely go back, staff were helpful,its really nice and deserve to be visited again and again.

For a smaller town the Art Museum as great. We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend it if you are traveling to Birmingham. Make sure to call ahead to see if they are open.

After we dropped off our luggage at the hotel, we had a big meal at a Michelin one-star restaurant, and then we began to get to know the city. First we came to Victoria Square, where a building imitating a Greek temple caught our eye. It turned out to be their town hall. Next to it was a beautiful Baroque building, the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, which was also free to visit. So we went in for a stroll. There were not many people, and the exhibits were quite rich, ranging from ancient Egypt to current art.

There are Chinese Super League, restaurants, and many other specialty restaurants to choose from.
It&#39;s not hard to find something to eat here.
However, the food at this restaurant was a bit disappointing.
