This special exhibition aims to present the historical treasures of Japanese art in the cultural exploration and exchange between China and foreign countries on the occasion of the 2025 Osaka World Expo. Over the years, more than 200 rare regional artifacts, including paintings, sculptures, sketches and crafts, have been exhibited, spanning more than 1,000 years from pre-Japanese history to the Meiji era, and are a mockery of cross-cultural exchanges in Japanese art.

Going up the mountain along the flat road, the vermilion torii in front of you is the Kifune Shrine. There are many red lanterns on both sides of the long stairs, which is also the most photographed place in Kifune Shrine - the lantern-offering shrine. On the side of the bottom of the stairs, many photographers have already occupied favorable shooting positions, waiting for the lights to be turned on at night.

Kifune Shrine is an ancient shrine at the western foot of Kurama Mountain and the head shrine of Kifune Shrine. This is also the source of water for Kyoto. Kifune Shrine enshrines the most revered water god of Kyoto people. It has a history of more than 1,600 years, which is longer than the history of Kyoto itself.

The steps paved with bluestone slabs extend from the torii to the main shrine of the shrine. Vermilion lanterns stand on both sides of the shrine. Looking from the bottom up, they are densely packed all the way, which is very spectacular.

From July 24th to September 12th, the Kyoto National Museum held a special exhibition with the theme of &quot;National Treasures of Kyoto&quot;. Of course, as the name suggests, there will be many kinds of national treasure-level artworks in Kyoto that will be on display, and the one that attracted me the most is of course the original of the Thunder God and Wind God screen. I have seen this in games, news and magazines, but it is really rare to have the original on display. I missed it this time and I don&rsquo;t know when I will have the next chance. I was so excited and shocked when I saw the original. It is really beautiful and cannot be described in words. In addition, the weather today was also very good. Because photography is not allowed for all the exhibits in the museum, I took a lot of photos outside instead.
