The Sunrise Run 5K/10K/13.1 SAN DIEGO is an exciting event that is bound to sell out quickly. With limited spots available, waves will be closed off as soon as they are filled. However, if you miss out on a wave, don't worry! You can still participate in the virtual run option, Run at Sunrise, which takes place on a meticulously designed course boasting stunning scenic views.

It's important to note that prices will increase after each wave is filled. The first 10 people to register will enjoy the best price, while subsequent groups of 20, 30, 40, and 50 people will experience price increases. So make sure to secure your spot early!

The Sunrise Run offers a unique experience, allowing you to run in a small, private group alongside other enthusiastic runners and our dedicated run pacers. The route is carefully planned to showcase the area's natural beauty, and participants of all ages and paces are welcome. Whether you prefer to run or walk, this event is tailored to suit your needs.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, each wave is limited to just 15 individuals. This intimate setting allows for personalized attention and encouragement. Plus, if there are at least 8 runners in your wave, one of our coordinators will be present to hand-time your run and provide water and snacks.

When you sign up for the Sunrise Run, you're not just registering for a race; you're embarking on a journey towards better health. As a token of appreciation, we will mail you a swag bag directly to your doorstep, eliminating the need for packet pickup. Inside, you'll find a premium running shirt and either a finisher's medal or a custom mug. Additionally, you'll gain access to a virtual community of runners from around the world, where you can receive tips, inspiration, giveaways, and ongoing challenges to keep you motivated.

Wave times for the Sunrise Run are as follows: Wave A at 7:30 AM, Wave B at 8:30 AM, and Wave C at 9:30 AM. Please note that if waves are sold out, you can still sign up for the virtual run option or join the waiting list for future events.

In the event that there are fewer than 7 runners in a wave, the run may be postponed until more participants join. There is no fee for transferring to a postponed run. Alternatively, a virtual option will be provided, allowing you to do a practice run on one of our specially designed courses.
