Strasbourg's Christmas market, known as the "Christmas Capital", is the oldest Christmas market in Europe, attracting thousands of tourists every year. European Parliament Strasbourg

Roughly northeast of Strasbourg, right next to the European Court of Human Rights is a modern glass-walled building. I passed by it a few times and it seemed quite empty. When there were meetings or events, they would be on alert.
