Witness the thrilling return of Muay Thai as The Post Brooklyn presents The Contender 4-Man tournament. Get ready for an action-packed night of fights on December 15, 2023, at the 10,000 sq foot venue located at 100 Dobbin Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222. This highly anticipated event promises to be a night to remember, featuring a Main Event/Co Main Event that will crown the inaugural AFL 132 lb champion. 

The tournament will showcase a clash between AFL veterans and a newcomer in a first-round eliminator match. The winners of each match will advance to the title fight on the first show of 2024, vying for the championship belt. Pawel Filipkowski of Rose Muay Thai, who earned the Fight of the Night on our last AFL show, will go head-to-head with Richard Vasquez of Church Street, who has been dominating the competition this year. Jesse Borogad of Diamondheart Striking, a crafty veteran, aims to prove that his impressive experience will bring him the gold. Cody Chapman of 8-Limbs MT, hailing from Philly, is the newcomer to AFL and is determined to bring the belt back home to the city of Brotherly Love.
