On 29th June 2020, I lost my mom to alcoholism after a long and painful 15-year battle with addiction.
My mom was one of the warmest, kindest, most generous people I've ever known. But she suffered from a disease that slowly took pieces of her away - and eventually, took her life.
Mental health and addiction have deeply affected my family, and they continue to shape who I am today. As a mental health advocate, I'm honoured to be hosting this run in her memory - and 
fundraising for 
Mind
, a charity doing incredible work to support people facing similar battles.
Join me on the 5-year anniversary of her passing to honour her courage and strength with every step of the final mile of her fight. This will be a gentle, supportive run - no need for speed!! 
Walking is more than welcome!
Whether you or your family have been touched by mental health and addiction, you're navigating your own grief, or you simply want to support the cause - 
everyone is welcome <3
We will meet at The Bandstand in Battersea Park at 10am on June 29th. After the run, we will have a casual social at The Pear Tree Cafe for anyone who is free to join!

On May 21, I took the elderly to visit the British Museum, and the tour guide service was warm and professional. If you visit the museum without a tour guide, it may be completed in half an hour. The main reason is that the historical geography has not been learned well. Under the tour guide&#39;s explanation, the three hours feel very fast. This is the second time I have decided to come to the British Museum for the tour guide service of Trip.com . I still feel that the meaning is still not enough. The first time I came, I also decided that the tour guide service of Trip.com was very good.

🏰 Westminster Abbey, it&#39;s really shocking! 📍 It&#39;s located in central London, close to the Parliament Building and Big Ben. The church is a prominent representation of British Gothic architecture, towering spires, exquisite carvings and beautifully painted glass windows, each detail shows an unparalleled artistic charm. Walking into the church, as if through time and space, is the holy place of the crowning of the British royal family, witnessing countless important moments in history. It is also a resting place for many celebrities, and great figures such as Newton, Darwin, Dickens have slept here, making people respect their contributions. Walking around, you can feel the solemnity of religion and the deep historical and cultural heritage. The church&#39;s Henry VII chapel is exquisite, with a fan-shaped arched roof and densely carved decorations, like a fairy tale fairyland. Whether it is an architecture lover or a historical and cultural fan, Westminster Abbey is definitely worth a visit. I believe you will be deeply impressed by its charm like me. 💕 highly recommend it to everyone! 💕

Windsor Castle

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious inside, but you are not allowed to take photos, you can only take photos outside. When I entered, I took a photo but was stopped by the staff. Knowing the daily life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
