Maybe it was because the weather outside was cloudy, but it seemed dark even on normal days. This cathedral seems to be an icon in St. Petersburg, because I often saw the sun pattern. The gorgeous exterior seems to be a characteristic of St. Petersburg's cathedrals. This cathedral was a magnificent cathedral with its interior made entirely of mosaic tiles. It was the first time I saw a cathedral like this, so it was impressive. Not only the walls, but even the ceiling... I wonder how much effort it took to fill it up to the brim.
