Her methodology weaves together the raw wisdom of nature, deep personal inquiry, and embodied leadership practices to ignite inner power and authentic purpose. Drawing from two decades of experience guiding transformative journeys, she creates powerful spaces for people to rediscover who they truly are. Based in the Colorado Rockies, she lives in Glenwood Springs with her husband, one year old son, and two dogs.
