To ensure fairness, the race starts promptly at 4:44, and the challenge is to complete the entire course without utilizing any sidewalks, alleys, or parking lots. The ultimate goal is to make it back to the west-facing stop sign at Teckla and Olsen.

The winner of this prestigious event will be presented with the Golden Rooster trophy. However, should they be unable to fulfill this responsibility, the trophy must be returned to NSTW by December 31, 2025.
