Welcome to the Titan Boys Basketball Camp 2024! This camp is a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to develop and enhance their basketball skills. Led by Coach Andrew Blazar, who emphasizes the same fundamentals and love for the game as he does with the Trinity Episcopal School team, campers will gain valuable experience and knowledge. The camp offers a variety of activities designed to improve skills, including skill development sessions, contests, a 3-on-3 tournament, and league games. This mix of competition and fun ensures that camp is enjoyable for kids of all levels. Counselors from the Titan team, including players and staff, will be on-hand to assist campers and provide a comprehensive experience into Trinity basketball. This allows campers to not only improve their game but also gain insight into the Trinity basketball program. Coach Blazar, with his extensive coaching experience, brings a wealth of knowledge to the camp. A graduate of the University of Richmond, where he served as a student manager for the men's basketball team, Coach Blazar has coached at various schools, including The Steward School and Glen Allen High School. In 2016, he took over as the varsity coach at James River High School, leading the team to its first-ever Regional Championship and two State Tournament appearances. His coaching has also resulted in numerous student-athletes playing basketball at the collegiate level. We are excited to announce that Coach Blazar has recently been named the new Head Varsity Coach at Trinity for Boys Basketball. This further demonstrates his dedication and expertise in the sport. The Titan Boys Basketball Camp 2024 will be held at the Estes Athletic Center, located at Trinity Episcopal School in Richmond. The camp will take place from June 10 to June 13, running from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day.
