To see the Statue of Liberty on Liberty Island, you need to buy tickets in advance, the earliest boat is 9 o&#39;clock. The boat dock is in Battery Park, very close to the Wall Street Copper Bull. Get on the boat or stand in front of the right side of the boat to see the Statue of Liberty with the best view. The second or third floors are fine. The boat time is about 20 minutes.
