Baotu Spring is located in Lixia District, Jinan City. It is adjacent to Qianfo Mountain in the south, Quancheng Square in the east, and Daming Lake in the north. It has a very advantageous geographical location. It is the crown of the 72 famous springs in Jinan, with a long history that can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period more than 2,700 years ago. At that time, it was called &quot;Luo&quot;, and there was a record of &quot;Gonghui Qi Hou in Luo&quot; in &quot;Spring and Autumn&quot;. Later, Zeng Gong, an official in Jinan, named it &quot;Baotu Spring&quot;, and the name has been passed down since then.
