What a fantastic day! This Dongshan route itinerary seemed perfect! We booked a bus ride to and from the ferry, which perfectly avoided peak traffic and was quiet and relaxing. The food was also excellent, and the driver and guide were professional and capable!

We took our elderly people there for a visit. We didn&#39;t have much time to wander around during the day, and because it was so hot, many shops were closed. It wasn&#39;t until the evening activities, including the tower lighting ceremony, the Kongming lantern and iron flower show, and the light show and fireworks, that we felt the ticket price was worth it. My parents thought the iron flower show was more beautiful. What&#39;s worth mentioning is that the service staff here are very nice, so the experience is much better. Overall, this place is average.

One ticket covers three days of fun, which is definitely a great value. I went at the end of August and it wasn&#39;t crowded, perhaps because it didn&#39;t include weekends. The time between each activity start was a bit too long. I think the queue should have been full, so it shouldn&#39;t have been so rigid. I also got to see a performance, which was quite good.

Huishan Ancient Town is a place I really like, but it&#39;s too big and I can&#39;t eat a full day. The highlight is the 70 yuan fee, which includes Jichang Garden, the Second Spring under Heaven, Huishan Temple, and you can climb Huishan Mountain. The free part is the commercial street, which has more than 100 ancestral halls. While strolling slowly, you can learn about the historical and cultural context and celebrity anecdotes, and you can also pet cats. It is worth recommending.

The Plum Garden at night is much more fun than the Plum Garden during the day. The performances are also good, and they are much better than expected. If there are activities and discounts on the tickets, it will be even more perfect. This one costs about 35 per person for 2 hours, which is a bit expensive.
