Of course, a visit to the Three Gorges Dam is a must for a national monument. My self-driving trip took just over three hours, and I wasn&#39;t pressed for time. The route was pretty good, but you had to get off at each stop and go to the transfer center to get to the next one. You couldn&#39;t skip any you didn&#39;t want to see, which was a bit inconvenient. The best parking spot is P1, which is closest to the visitor center.

The Two Dams and One Gorge boat tour is definitely worth a try, but the guide was less than satisfactory. First, the timing. My parents and I arrived at the visitor center early, but the guide was nowhere to be found. We texted but didn&#39;t get a response, and we called to wait at the agreed time. The tour guide was told to arrive 10 minutes early, but my parents and I arrived over 20 minutes early to avoid being late, and the guide didn&#39;t show up! After boarding the boat, there were no free seats available, so we paid for an upgrade, which was fine. However, during the group bus tour, the guide was also talking, but I couldn&#39;t hear anything. The guide&#39;s voice was hoarse and difficult to hear throughout the tour, and I felt like my throat was sore. It&#39;s understandable that service isn&#39;t easy, but we paid about 300 yuan per person for a full-price ticket to the Three Gorges, and the tour company assigned us a guide with discounted service. This really tarnished the reputation of the Three Gorges River and One Gorge tour. I hope Ctrip will improve its selection of travel agencies in future partnerships! Don&#39;t tarnish their reputation!

I went during the National Day holiday, and the scenery was beautiful. Getting up early gave me a unique perspective; the misty atmosphere made it feel like a fairyland. The air was fresh, and I was in a good mood! It&#39;s just a shame I didn&#39;t have enough energy to visit Bawang Village.

Voted a must-see destination on a trip to Yichang&mdash;the Three Gorges Grand Waterfall, one of China&#39;s top ten waterfalls. We arrived at our destination at 8:00 AM in a 45-minute taxi ride from the Grand Mercure Yichang. There weren&#39;t many tourists there, so I&#39;d prepared a raincoat and waterproof phone case. Breakfast was thoughtfully provided upon arrival, and the ingredients were clean. Kudos to them!

As expected of a 5A-rated waterfall, the facilities are very user-friendly. Restrooms are plentiful along the way, and the hike is very friendly. After a few steps, you&#39;ll find a flat path, perfect for children and the elderly. You can choose between a cable car and the flat path, which is a truly thoughtful gesture.

[Travel Tips] Bring a raincoat and shoe covers. A waterproof phone case is optional, as the waterfall is so large. If you absolutely need to use your phone, bring one. A raincoat is useless; the strong wind will still get your lower body wet, making it unsuitable for winter. Another helpful touch: if you get soaking wet, don&#39;t worry. There&#39;s a dryer on the way up from the waterfall, perfect for both your body and your body. It was my first time seeing one. The journey ended after we walked past the waterfall, which felt a bit like the ending of a TV series. It would have been more perfect if we had added a few more attractions and activities on the way back.
