특히, 방역패스 확인 절차로 인해 공연 시작이 지연되었으며, 일부 출연진이 방역패스 확인 절차를 통과하지 못해 공연에 참여하지 못한 상황이 발생했습니다. 이에 따라 12월 12일(일) 공연은 모든 방역 절차가 완료되어 정상적으로 진행되었습니다. 

쇼미더머니10 콘서트: THE CLIMAX' 서울 공연의 티켓을 예매하신 분들께는 예매처를 통해 일부 환급이 진행될 예정입니다. 예매자 분들께서는 예매처인 예스24를 통해 티켓가의 30%를 예치금 형태로 환급받으실 수 있으며, 이는 2022년 1월 4일(화) 이내에 지급될 예정입니다. 예치금은 예스24에서 현금 결제 수단으로 사용하거나, 은행 계좌를 통해 환불받으실 수 있습니다.
