I had an excellent stay at R&F Princess Cove by FUJU! 🌟 The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming right from the start. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute drive to CIQ, super convenient for getting in and out of Singapore. 🚗 The seaview from the unit was beautiful and really added to the overall experience. The host provided great service, very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Amenities were complete and modern, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Free parking was also a huge plus. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Great value, amazing location, and a very enjoyable stay!

The hotel lobby is quite clean and you can play Lego there. The lift is quite cool — there is a music player and flashing lights so you can dance with the music. The rooms are very clean with a room for the children and a room for the adults. Each floor has a specific room theme and on the 5th floor there is a swimming pool. Our room was pirate-themed. Also, in every type of room,there are a few questions that help you be able to get a Lego present, which is quite nice. Right next to the hotel, there is the theme park, the water park, and the sea life aquarium. We just went to the theme park but it was filled with lots and lots of rides and shows. We were scared of roller coasters so we didn’t ride them but every other ride and show we went to try. Man, it was fun. The swinging boats that spun around and around with people outside trying to splash you. The Ninjago show with all the ninjas fighting other bad ninjas. The lost kingdom adventure for you to fight and kill eerie monsters. The 4D movie with lots of water sprayed at you. The spinning tower that goes higher and higher up. The choo-choo train that spins in loops.Oh there is so much more that is super duper fun that I can’t say. Legoland is the perfect place to take your family for holidays and have a lot of fun!

We recently stayed at Lotus and booked a double-story room, which was spacious and well-equipped, though not luxurious. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and being on the fifth floor, we had to take the lift, which honestly felt quite old and a bit scary — it could use an upgrade. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which added a positive touch to our experience. At check-in, we had to pay a deposit of 100 ringgit in cash, so it’s good to be prepared for that. There are three or four restaurants on the property with nice menu options, but breakfast was quite chaotic. The hotel didn’t seem prepared for the large crowd, with long queues at the coffee and egg station, and very few available seats. It felt like a tour group had arrived, but no one was managing the situation, making breakfast quite stressful. On a brighter note, the swimming pools are nice, and there are plenty of family-friendly activities, making it a good choice for guests with children. The on-site shop is also convenient and well-stocked. Around the pool and by the shore, there are sun loungers available — they are simple rather than luxurious, but they do the job. Overall, Lotus offers good value, especially for families, but some areas — especially crowd management and certain facilities — could use improvement.

First time staying with Hardrock Desaru. Everything was good from the car valet to check in, friendly staffs and cleanliness of the rooms. Only the foods we ordered for in room dining, all was TOO oily. I think they are overwhelmed with orders that day, as it was heavily raining and waiting time was about 45min to an hour. Breakfast was good too! Plus point : Waterpark entrance within the hotel.

This is my second visit after 4 months.The checked in process was fast and greted with a warm and cheerful staff if not wrong is duty manager. My room is clean and feel comfortable for my stay. The breakfast buffet got improvement a lot compare with last time visit. The nasi lemak corner never empty now, food fill up pretty fast now. Last visit food was finished and waited very long for filling up. The orange and watermelon juice was nice and also filling up very fast, very rare to see empty bottle. Thumbs up! The waiter all with smile and happy mood. The most yummy is the roti prata corner the same brother doing the best roti prata kosong! I will come back again by year end.

Room aircon not working. Assured change of room next day only but given evening only n Duty Mngr Ivan was extremely cold. We were given complimentary 2 days breakfast which was not satisfactory. Coffee machine was giving out Americano rather watery n we informed the staff tat n they didn’t take any action. We also realised this hotel automatically controls de aircon to higher temperature after 7pm each night leaving our room warm. Both nights were a disaster. Aircon vent is dusty as it aggravated my asthma. They charged us to upgrade to Kings room as only a king room and a double room can have interconnected rooms. This could be detailed in Trip.com we would have not booked this hotel. Feel ripped off after not getting a proper test nor sleep. If nothing is done to compensate my stay, I will put this up in social media.

Was greatly amazed by the layout of the room. The view from the balcony is magnificent.. room was spacious fully equipped with stove, washing machine, fridge.. bathtub was nicely cleaned up for usage.. very satisfied with the room.. if you are looking for a peaceful place to rest and relax. This should be the hotel for you.

The hotel is close to where the restaurant is located and Legoland Theme park. The staffs are very friendly and the check in time is very quick. The hotel facilities are very nice. Breakfast is good with a variety of food options. I would recommend the hotel for my friends and family. I will definitely come back.

Service was excellent. Staff was helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist. SOPs are easy to follow. We are allowed to do early check in which was very convenient because we have a toddler. The unit was very cozy and tidy. Our 3yrs old son loves the playground very much. Our 2nd time in the vicinity, there's a nearby retail mall, supermarket, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. Looking forwward on staying in the other themed rooms if Sunway Grid by Nest Home

booked as a leisure while attend our bestfriend wedding at setia tropika, but we had an accident within 30mins to arrive at the hotel. kami sangat berterima kasih kepada cik apple, kerana keikhlasan dan empati yang ada pada cik apple. kami sampai agak awal dari eta sepatutnya, saya clueless sebab suami di highway tunggu insurans company untuk uruskan kenderaan kami, saya dan anak dihantar ke hotel oleh strangers. saya cuba nasib tanya cik apple, boleh ke kami check in awal .. cik apple semak kekosongan, dan yeay kami dibenarkan untuk naik ke bilik kami lebih awal🥹. dekat situ separuh kerisauan saya dah hilang .. sebab saya risaukan baby saya.. group of our friends datang and make it a bit ”kecoh” 🤣, saya beritahu kepada cik ”lelaki” maaf yaa bising sikit .. cik ”lelaki” tuh cakap tak mengapa ni masih terkawal😂😂😂. btw saya lupa laa nama cik”lelaki” ni, saya terpaksa extend lagi 1 malam sebab kawan kawan saya tak kami balik ke kl dengn public transport. cik”lelaki” ni uruskan hal hal saya dengan sangat cekap. terima kasih saya ucapkan, actually semua staff polite! tak kedekut dengan senyumannnn, tak JUDGY, tak buat kami rasa janggal. heeee, goodjob jugak untuk housekeeping dan BOH staff fr the goodfood🥰
