I pre-booked a sea-view suite and even went so far as to email the hotel with detailed explanations and specific requests. However, this hotel clearly doesn't care about its guests! I particularly felt there was a subtle discrimination against mainland Chinese guests. Firstly, they never respond to any online reviews, and secondly, all mainland guests seem to be assigned to lower floors. Despite the hotel having over 400 rooms, and my prior request via email for a high-floor room, the front desk staff completely disregarded my request. They flat-out refused, stating that only rooms on the fifth floor were available. The entire check-in experience was extremely unpleasant.
The bed linens were acceptable, but the in-room amenities like shower gel, shampoo, and towels were of extremely poor quality! Even when I and other guests went to the self-service vending machine on the first floor to purchase disposable toiletries, those were also terrible, low-quality products! It's almost as if they think mainland guests have no money, but these are products we simply wouldn't use! Hong Kong hotels need to seriously reflect on their approach; mainland guests are becoming more discerning and expect higher quality standards.
An honest assessment: The hotel management *must* change its mindset! They can no longer serve mainland guests with such an attitude and outdated thinking. I recall an old promotional advertisement for Hong Kong's service industry starring Andy Lau; to quote a line from it: 'In this day and age, such service simply won't do!'
Note: I haven't uploaded any unflattering photos. I truly hope the hotel management undergoes a fundamental change in their attitude and philosophy.
A minor cleanliness issue: I found a small bug on the cushion. Aside from that, everything else was great, and the service was excellent. They even provided a nice complimentary bag. The off-season price offered fantastic value for money. The surroundings are beautiful and very photogenic, perfect for Instagram-worthy shots. I'm generally very satisfied with my occasional visits here. The only real downside was that the pool had to be closed due to a thunderstorm warning, which was a shame!

Smack in the central of Tsim Sha Tsui city. It takes less than 3 mins walking get to the Tsim Sha Tsui’s MTR. You can’t miss 7-11 or their local minimart, it’s at every corner that you turn. They have huge variety of food restaurantsq and pub. They make up the room everyday, which is super awesome!

The hotel's location is pretty good. From Jordan MTR Station, take exit B1 and turn left. Then, turn right onto the main road and walk straight past two intersections. After you see a pharmacy on the roadside, turn right again (it's like a small alleyway). Walk a few meters, and the hotel's glass door entrance will be right there on the street. It's quite easy to miss if you're not looking carefully.

This place is a diamond in the rough. It's right next to the beach, rooms are spacious and the view is amazing. The location is a bit remote, there are no shops or restaurants nearby, but they have a free shuttle bus service to Tsuen Wan MTR station.

I've stayed at this hotel before on previous trips to Hong Kong, and they've always been incredibly accommodating with all my room requests, making for a fantastic experience. There's a smoking area right downstairs, which is perfect for smokers like me. The surrounding area is packed with bars, offering an irresistible, vibrant nightlife. It's always my top choice. Plus, for female travelers, having a Donki store so conveniently close to the hotel is a huge bonus! Seriously, you have to come here; this place is spot on!

We returned to Mondrian Hong Kong for another stay, and this time we booked a larger room. The hotel is in a perfect location, beautifully designed, and our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant, and attentive, which made the stay even better. The only downside is that the price is not cheap, but overall it’s an excellent choice and we were very happy with our stay.

A pleasant surprise! There's a lively bar street right downstairs, attracting a fun international crowd. The front desk staff were excellent, explaining everything very clearly. The location is truly central. The bathrooms here are exceptionally spacious. Fantastic value for money! Just a heads-up, they no longer provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own.

HHellokittyCatLocation: Although it's a Disney hotel, it's still quite a distance from the park entrance. You need to take a free shuttle bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes. Getting to the park is fine, but coming back after the fireworks show often means a very long wait for the bus, and walking isn't really an option. There are no supermarkets around the hotel or the park, and dining at the hotel is exorbitantly priced. I strongly recommend stocking up on essentials at the airport or in the city before heading to the hotel. A taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 200 HKD.
Facilities & Hygiene: The hotel's environment, facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent. There was no bottled water, but a water dispenser was provided. The bed was very large and comfortable. The hotel also has a Disney store, and guests receive discount coupons, which might make prices slightly cheaper than in the park.
Service: The hotel does not provide complimentary toiletries. Having to pay 40 HKD for them during check-in felt a bit unreasonable.
GGuest UserThe hotel is adjacent to the airport and you can go from the hotel to the airport by just walking down a hallway. Its very convenient for an early morning flight. The buffet restaurant located adjacent to the hotel was very nice and had a discount for hotel guests. I would definitely go back.

EE0668****Having enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Shenzhen two days prior to my arrival in Hong Kong, I naturally gravitated towards a Shangri-La property, choosing the Kerry Hotel. The hotel boasts a grand lobby, and for enhanced security, access to guest floors requires a key card. The cleanliness throughout was also exceptional. I booked a double sea-view room, and its floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, panoramic views of the entire Victoria Harbour. Just below the hotel is a beautiful waterfront promenade, perfect for a leisurely stroll to the Avenue of Stars and K11, both within a mere 2-kilometer walk. The lobby service was superb, completely shattering the stereotype of cold, impersonal service often associated with Hong Kong hotels. Restaurants are conveniently located just off the lobby corridor, with prices comparable to external establishments, not inflated. Unfortunately, I had only booked for one night and was unable to extend my stay as there were no rooms available. The next day, I moved to a nearby Bay Apartment Hotel, which simply couldn't compare to the Kerry. That hotel only changed its bedsheets every three days – absolutely disgusting! And its room rate was only HKD 300 less than the Kerry. Seriously, avoid that place!
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit worn out, all equipments are out dated and full of dust (as shown in pictures below).
The are no sound proof, noisy when other guests talking outside room 😔
No drinking water provided in room and no water dispenser machine provided. Have to spend extra money to buy water with quite high price.
Not very good stay after 7years visit😔😔😔😔
GGuest UserThis is a family friendly hotel contains a lot of facilities for kids (indoor playground/ swimming pool/ ceramics class etc). We booked a sea view room which is so worth it. The room size is pretty big . We have requested an extra bed and the room is able to fit in. There are restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets just within 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. The beaches are just next to the hotel. In terms of transportation, bus stops are very close as well and they have shuttle bus to Kowloon. The hotel is not close to the MTR and so the area is peaceful and quiet. Will definitely come back again.
GGuest UserThe front desk staff are very helpful and friendly indeed . They are very considerate. Once we arrived at the main door , the staff already came out to assist us to take the wheelchair from the back of taxi . This really impressed us .
The staff in the swimming pool is very helpful too .
The swimming pool is clean and water is good .
Wish and pray that they can continue to work even when the pool is closed for few months
On the whole , we have a pleasant stay and retreat .
WWe360goThe hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card.
If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied.
Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability.
The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea.
That's all. Thank you. :)
Thank you.
