Welcome to your own beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Marigot Marina Village. Enjoy the independence of your own private accommodation, whilst also enjoying the use of the pools at the adjacent Zoetry Hotel. Whilst the Hotel is an all inclusive, the apartments in the Marina Village are afforded free access for their guests to the pools and gym at the Hotel. Food and drinks can be purchased, with card, at the upper pool bar during the daytime. The Marina Village itself, where your apartment is situated, has a cafe/restaurant/bar open from breakfast to dinner, a Steak House Restaurant, 'Driftwood, open evenings only and a Coffee Bar, Coco Cafe. If you prefer the beach, then Sand Spit beach is just a 2-minute water ferry ride across the bay. The perfect spot to read under a tall palm tree, swim, snorkel or hire water sports equipment.Both bedrooms are of a good size and have en-suite shower rooms. The large master bedroom has a King size bed and second bedroom with twin beds but can be made into a King size bed on prior request. Guests have use of all the mod cons you would need for a holiday home including air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans and laundry facilities.The apartments are set around the central square which is the heart of the marina village with an attractive café/restaurant called Hurricane Hole built over the water to maximize the view. Here you can relax and socialize with other guests, locals and those staying on the boats moored up nearby. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, supper or an evening drink. There are also other restaurants and bars dotted around the bay which cater for all tastes and budgets. Located in the prominent area of Rodney Heights, only five minutes away from the heart of downtown Rodney Bay is this roomy fully furnished two bedroom, two and a half bathroom holiday rental. This lovely lower level property is surrounded by many flowering plants and fruit trees and gives way to an amazing panoramic view of the Marina, Pigeon Island and The Caribbean Sea from its capacious patio.It offers a beautiful spacious atmospheric open floor plan living room, dining room and has a semi detached kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard stainless steel appliances and these are complimented by its granite counter tops with matching back splash. There are top to bottom storage cupboards including a pantry and a large counter space. The living room is decked with a large comfy grey L-shaped sofa and a hand crafted white wooden two seater fashioned with a soft pink cushion.This accommodation is airy and comfortable with a combination of ceiling fans and large louvered windows. White French doors extend into the patio furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture.Heading off from the living area is the first bedroom outfitted with air conditioning, a queen size bed, built in closets and an ensuite. The ensuite embraces a double vanity designed with a stand-in handled shower. The second bedroom is on the opposite side with a similar concept however it contains an additional queen size bed for a larger families’ comfort. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a similar layout. This bedroom provides a cozy corner or nook with a small library for the avid reader. There is a designated laundry/storage room right next to the powder room.
