Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

Unique experience in a Tipi tent. The restroom was just as other reviews. Only one working faucet. We arrived at 10 pm. They offered us towels,brackets, linens and bedding. But we bought our own sleeping bags. It was raining heavily that night but the inside was almost dry. We didn’t take showers. Just slept for one night and left next day at 8am. We cleaned up the linens and bought it back in office. But it was not necessary 😅I think it worthy the money. If they fixed the showers 🚿 and faucets it would be much pleasant to stay.

The overall feeling of the room is good, the bedding supplies, faucets, sanitary ware are clean, the room area is also large, because it is an old-fashioned small wooden resort created by the Rockefeller family, which has a rural flavor different from the city hotel. There are shops, gas stations, restaurants in the resort. The front desk service is efficient and fast. The park is large in size, with many parking spaces and a quiet environment. The price is a bit higher, but this is also the price of the wooden house resort experience.

The town environment is very good, and the breakfast is relatively rich. I live on the first floor, and there is a parking space outside the window, so I basically have to keep the curtains closed all the time. In addition, the air conditioner is not very easy to use. When the hot air is turned on, it whirrs, and it automatically stops after a while when the temperature reaches the required level. If it feels cold, I have to turn it on manually.

Trip If you have any needs for booking on the Internet, the online butler will contact the hotel at any time. This time, the two requirements are perfectly realized on the first floor. Next time, remember to ask for a room close to the swimming pool. Self-driving parking is at the door of the room, the waiter is responsive, warm and thoughtful! The location is quite remote, but if you go to Yellowstone, it would be much better to live here than in Jackson. There is nothing nearby, and the ranch has a small cafe. The room is very characteristic, it is a log cabin. The room is large and has a living room. The only downside is that the heating effect is really not good, using the kind of small portable electric heating. The bed is very big, sleeping with two adults has no problem at all.

Quiet, beautiful and comfortable holiday environment, simple American breakfast! Going out is the river view, the indoor swimming pool is very comfortable and comfortable!

The hotel is located in the small town of Jackson Park. The room size is OK, clean and hygienic. It is very convenient to enter by the code. There are two pools, no breakfast, the sound insulation of the upper and lower floors of the room is too poor, and everything else is fine.

Anders als bei meinem ersten Besuch vor zwei Jahren, war ich dieses Mal nicht in einer der Hütten, sondern im Hauptgebäude der Lodge untergebracht. Das Doppelzimmer (15/16) direkt über der Lobby war geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer wurden durch das gemeinsame Bad voneinander getrennt, das nicht wirklich sehr sauber war. Die beiden Schlafzimmer machten einen deutlich besseren Eindruck, waren aber sehr stickig. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, der Ventilator half bei der Juli-Hitze in Dubois kaum. Davon abgesehen fand ich das Zimmer gemütlich gestaltet und das Bett bequem. Bei Ankunft kurz nach 19 Uhr war die Rezeption bereits nicht mehr besetzt. Ein ausgehängtes Kuvert mit dem Zahlencode fürs Zimmer sicherte auch außerhalb der Besetzungszeiten den Zugang zum Zimmer. In der Lobby gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten für ein handvoll Gäste. Bei meiner Ankunft spielten dort vier Hotelgäste Karten. Davon war im Zimmer kaum was zu hören. Das Knarzen der Holztreppe beim Gang zu den Zimmern dagegen sehr deutlich. In der Lobby befinden sich zudem auch eine Mikrowelle, die in den Zimmern selbst fehlt. Der frischer Kaffee am Morgen ist dort sonst die einzige Annehmlichkeit. Der Aufenthalt in der Hütte übertraf den in der Lodge um Längen.

No TV, no AC and internet didn’t really work well. No ceiling fans in room. Provided us a portable fan that rattled. Restaurant only had 5 things on menu and one was available. Soup is same all season along with menu. We booked 3 nights and then two nights under a different reservation number. We cancelled and left after first 3 nights to a hotel in Jackson with much better amenities. Front desk told us no problem getting a refund for last two nights since we’d prepaid through Trip.com. Still waiting for Trip.com to confirm. Trip said up to their partner and wanted name of front desk person who said we could cancel and get refund for final 2 nights. We provide the info to Trip.com. So far just same message from Trip.com telling us that they haven’t heard back from their partner as to whether they can do a refund for us even with a cancellation fee. I’d not recommend this place or going through Trip.com to book in Yellowstone. Hotels there are run by government through 3rd party Xterra or something like that and they apparently don’t want to cooperate with us.
