Xining is a fantastic, vibrant city, and my biggest regret is not staying longer; it deserves way more time than just a quick transit stop thanks to its incredible food scene, night markets, and laid-back vibe. During my visit, I stayed at LETE Hostel, which serves as a solid, character-rich base for exploring the region. The top-floor communal space has real history and soul, beautifully flooded with sunlight, packed with green plants, a massive library, and even three cute resident birds. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly kind-hearted and welcoming, always doing their best to help out. Location-wise, it’s perfect - super convenient for the night markets, local food stalls, and bus stops, plus they offer safe bike storage for cyclists. For the price of a private room, the value and hospitality here are unbeatable, and I would absolutely stay again - and next time, I’ll be giving Xining the full week it deserves.

The location is pretty good, I think it's quite convenient to get anywhere, and there are lots of great food options nearby, haha! The hotel's cleanliness and service are also decent. The only thing that surprised me a bit was that the restroom is mixed-gender.

Great location, helpful staff and clean rooms. The only improvement that could be made is the room temperature. It was boiling hot and there was no way to control it.

There are plenty of great food options nearby, and the recommendations from the owner were excellent! The owner is really enthusiastic and provided very detailed local tips. For this price in this area, the value for money is unbeatable, perfect for backpackers and students. I'll definitely come back next time!

I really loved the vibe of this place. It was great being able to meet other guests and go out together, chat, and play games. I got to hear so many different stories and learn about various lifestyles around the world. I also adored the little cat there; it was so gentle and loved being petted. But my favorite part was definitely the owner! They're the kindest, most welcoming owner ever, always ready to help with any travel questions. It was just so comforting and pleasant!

Located on Kunlun East Road, Chengdong District, close to Wanda business district, only a few kilometers away from Xining Station, the bus at the door directly to Dongguan Mosque Temple, Mojia Street and other attractions, the surrounding miscellaneous restaurants, supermarkets are dense, and it is particularly convenient to travel for food. The store integrates the local style decoration of Hexuan, the colored top wooden structure with the wall collection, the public area has a leisure bar, board games and small book bar, and you can chat with travelers from all over the place in your leisure time. The atmosphere is full. The beds in the rooms are clean and dry, equipped with blackout curtains to protect privacy, the whole house WiFi is smooth, the public bathroom is cleaned regularly every day, self-service washing machine, luggage storage are all available. The boss is enthusiastic, knows the local play routes, and can plan short trips intimately. The only small shortcoming is that the public area is occasionally noisy in the evening, and the overall price/performance ratio is outstanding. It is the first choice for poor travel to Xining.

There are also words of love between me and me, heroes who are short of breath and children who are long in love. It makes people read it with a thousand emotions. Turn and feel the ups and downs of the story! There are also a variety of books that can be borrowed, and readers can take them at will and return them voluntarily. The bosses and his wife are definitely cultural people who hide in the city, and they are eminent monks who hide their secrets! In addition, there are two kinds of drinking water, mineral water and tap water, at the front desk in the corridor, which is very convenient. Even the boss’s son is very sensible! In the morning, I stood on the overpass, munching on pickled mustard and drinking boiling water to make eggs. I leisurely looked at the sparse flow of people outside the overpass and watched the morning sun rise little by little from the sea of ​​clouds. Hitting a passerby is like being outside the world! This hotel is very safe to stay in! Thanks to the boss and his family of three for providing a warm living environment to tired travelers in faraway Xining!
