👍 Rooms No strange odors, clean beds, and ample heating. Separate rooms for men and women. Only 6-bed and 8-bed dorms are available, offering both heating and air conditioning, water, bath towels, cotton swabs, shower caps, laundry detergent, etc. Each person gets a bed, a luggage space, a locker for towels, a small compartment for miscellaneous items, a lockable slipper cabinet (yes, they provide free slippers!), and a hanger. Shared bathrooms, three per floor, equipped with shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryers. Separate toilets for men and women. Two per floor, with toilet paper provided. 👍 Common Areas The common areas feature: A pool table and a ping-pong table, both free to use. Pool tournaments on Wednesdays, ping-pong tournaments on Saturdays, with prizes. A dining area and a place for takeout food. Smelly food is not allowed upstairs. There's an outdoor area where smoking is permitted. A KTV system is available. Occasionally, guest singers perform. During my stay, someone played guitar and sang every night. It was wonderful! Laundry and drying machines are provided on the first floor. Hangers are available on every floor for drying clothes, free to use. 👍 Cat There's a friendly cat named Laifu at the hotel, happy to be petted by anyone. 👍 Front Desk The front desk staff are very responsible. They provide information about nearby attractions. It's very close to Cuihu Lake, and Daguan River is right outside. They remind guests not to disturb others at night. After each check-in, they also send a private message and post in a group chat, reminding guests not to eat in the rooms or leave belongings scattered around. As a result, the rooms are very clean and odor-free. Common spaces are tidied daily, keeping them very neat. 👍 Guests The guests staying here are also very well-behaved. It's incredibly quiet after 11 PM. 🤔 However 1. There are four floors, and no elevator. 2. The hot water supply can be a bit inconsistent. Overall, my experience was 5⭐️ Because the rooms are clean. There's heating; I even slept in a tank top at 7°C (45°F) in the room and wasn't cold. The rules are well enforced. It's very quiet at night, allowing for peaceful sleep. The guests are of high quality.

The room was very clean, and there were lockers with electronic locks for valuables. The AC's heating was on even in winter, so it was warm sleeping at night. The public bathrooms were shared for showering, but there was never a wait. Every day, they provided a free bottle of water, which I always took with me when I went out, saving me money on buying water. The food at the restaurant was delicious 😋, and the price matched the quality. Also, a huge thank you to the owner 🌹! I stayed in a 6-bed dorm for a few days, and on the last day, when I was supposed to move to an 8-bed dorm, the owner kept my bed in the 6-bed dorm for me~

First off, the location is excellent! You can walk to the old town, making it super convenient to get around everywhere. The facilities are also very comprehensive, and the hygiene is top-notch. The bed was incredibly soft. There's even a pool table in the common area and a dedicated vanity room for women, among other things – it feels really cozy here. The restaurant on the first floor is lovely; you can gather around the fireplace, which is so warm. I even made some friends here, everyone was so nice. Hope to see you all again next time I'm in Shangri-La!

The location is convenient, close to Dali Ancient City, with complete commercial facilities nearby including restaurants, supermarkets, and various shops. The hotel boasts a strong sense of design, feeling young and trendy, and offers multiple spaces for interaction, communication, and quiet contemplation. It features independent public bathrooms, a laundry room, and a rooftop drying area. The hotel is relatively new, and many details are thoughtfully designed, with excellent amenities and hardware. The staff are warm and sincere. Overall, a great experience.

First, some praise: ① Compared to the quadruple rooms in other hostels I've stayed in, this one is more spacious and the hygiene is good. ② The location, tucked away in an alley off the main road, makes it quiet enough if there's no one being noisy. In my opinion, the shortcomings are: ① The room truly has nothing in it – no disposable toiletries whatsoever. While it does make it look tidy, it's quite bare. ② The hot water flow in the private bathroom is a bit weak, lacking any real pressure. ③ The room door isn't soundproof, and the floor creaks loudly when walked on. Facilities: The sheets and duvet covers were given to me upon check-in, and they did look a bit old.

The hostel is within five minutes walk to Kunming Railway Station (although I had problems getting to the hostel from the subway. The exit advised by Trip is incorrect). It’s on the 28th floor of Building 1. The hostel is clean albeit a bit untidy (e.g. toothpaste tubes in the bathroom). The friendly host suggested for me to stay at Building 8 if I wanted quiet but I was fine with where I was. Disposable towels are provided at 1 yuan

Especially good, Xishuangbanna humanities is great, the locals are very good, the youth travel boss is also very enthusiastic, some surrounding attractions are recommended. The bed is very comfortable and comfortable, and there is no need to cover the quilt cover. The room is very sunny. The key is in the city, takeaway taxis are very convenient and fast!

The communication atmosphere in the hall is very good, and it can be seen that many people have been here for several days. There is a large yard where you can take a look at the scenery. The bedding is clean and comfortable, the mattress is almost the thickness of the hotel, the bed is also very strong, the bed lighting is separated by wooden boards, there is no direct look at the lamp (I have lived a lot of youth travel all the way, and the details of the lamp are the first). The surrounding environment is relatively quiet, sleep well, there is 🐔 in the morning, from 5 o'clock intermittently to 6 o'clock. It is recommended to give more tips on the room check-in rules. There is a guest mobile phone in the room to brush ** outside, no matter whether it is day or night, the room still needs to maintain a quiet environment. By the way, my room is opposite the clothes drying area, and the lights in the room are not too bright, as shown in the picture. In short, I recommend everyone to live ～～～

It's a hostel with a very homely environment. The manager will invite you to drink tea with him, the courtyard is a very chill area to hang out in and even spend all day to the sound of flowing water and surrounded by plants. There is a kitchen available too, and the manager brings water from the well daily for the use of the guests. The dorm was comfortable and the lower beds have curtains but the upper ones don't. The manager sometimes organises events for the guests, such as the time when we went picking mushrooms and visited a local market from where we bought more mushrooms which were cooked for dinner, all at a very good price. The location is excellent, just 1 minute walking to the south gate of the ancient city. I will not hesitate to stay here again when I come back to Jianshui.

I only stayed one night and then left. During the off-season, for just an extra 20-30 RMB, I could have stayed in a guesthouse with air conditioning and a private room. I've stayed in Hangzhou and Chengdu in 2023 and 2024, and had a great impression. However, this Lijiang branch, perhaps due to too many guests or cleaning staff being overwhelmed, had rather poor hygiene. 1. There were dried-up contact lenses left by the previous guest on the bedside table. 2. Before going to bed, there was a large bug on the bedsheet… it really scared me. 3. The bathroom was a bit dirty, especially the door which looked encrusted, like a public toilet… the water stains in the sink from brushing teeth and washing up hadn't been cleaned in time and looked very dirty. 4. Some of the bedside power outlets weren't working (both the two and three-prong outlets had no power, fortunately, the front desk later moved me to another room). They should really check these. The young staff provided very good service, but the cleaning aunties definitely need to be given stricter instructions.
