Comfortable and pleasant stay for 2 friends in the twin room. The room was spacious enough and very clean. No complaints about the room. The air conditioning was also very powerful and a nice escape from the heat outside. The hostel is literally right opposite the train station and only a 5-8 minute ride away from firenze santa maria novella by the regional trains. However, the trains were sometimes delayed up to 20 minutes. There's also a bus stop outside the hotel, however only one bus goes there and it comes every 20 minutes, so be prepared to wait. The bus timings is also not accurate on google maps so you must check at the stop directly. The hostel is also just a 30 minute walk to the central (santa Croce area) so if you don't mind walking, it's quite convenient! The luggage storage is very helpful if you arrive earlier than the check in time. Theres also a grocery store a close walk away which was great!

Great stay! The room was very clean, and my roommates were all lovely and had a good routine. Although it was listed as a six-person room, it was actually a five-person room. The private bathroom was very convenient. There's a Carrefour right next door, and it's only about a ten-minute walk from SMN train station, with a McDonald's and KFC along the way. I was very satisfied with this trip.

The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, providing genuinely thoughtful service. The check-in perks were a real treat: we received a complimentary welcome drink on arrival, with a choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic options, and free pasta every evening, which was a delicious bonus. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, with brand-new, complete facilities, making for a very pleasant stay. There's also a convenient water dispenser in the public area on the first floor. Transportation was a breeze. The tram stop is just a minute or two's walk away, and it's only two stops to the train station, saving us a lot of time and hassle getting around. The hostel's common areas are well-designed, with both indoor and outdoor dining and relaxation spaces, and you can order food on-site. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, making it easy to meet fellow travelers from all over the world, which was a great social experience. Considering the accommodation quality, extra perks, and excellent location, I highly recommend this hostel.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Pisa and get around the city, while the atmosphere was friendly, welcoming, and relaxed. The staff were helpful and the facilities were clean and comfortable, making it a great choice for both solo travelers and groups. I would definitely recommend Safestay Pisa Centrale to anyone looking for affordable, convenient, and enjoyable accommodation in Pisa.

This hostel completely exceeded my expectations for its price point. It's located in a monastery, which you can actually visit, and they offer a free breakfast of coffee and a croissant. The location is super convenient, close to both the train station and major attractions, making it perfect for backpackers like me. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station. To get to the room, you have to go through two doors, which adds an extra layer of security with a code. There's a very practical and spacious storage area under the bed for luggage. The air conditioning runs 24/7, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

There's a dedicated women's area, completely separate from the mixed-gender dorms, which feels very safe. There's also a small terrace where you might see cats from the neighborhood. The facilities are basic; the pots in the kitchen are old, and one of the shower racks is broken, but thankfully there are enough shower stalls. For food, they offer some bread, cookies, eggs, pasta, and tea, all free of charge. The location is excellent, close to both the train station and bus stops. Florence's main city isn't that big, so pretty much everything is within walking distance. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and even a Chinatown.

I would give this hostel a perfect score if it weren't for its location. The living conditions are ideal; the beds are even more comfortable than those in a hotel. The only issue was that the air conditioning was too cold and couldn't be adjusted, making me feel a bit chilly at night. The staff were very helpful, and the lobby was clean and cozy. However, this hostel feels more like a hotel than a traditional hostel because there's no communal kitchen. You can use a card to operate the washing machine and dryer, though. There's a study area, and it seems you can even book yoga classes and other activities. If, like me, you prefer to stay closer to the city center, this might not be the perfect choice, as the nearby bus route 17 is often delayed or unreliable. But if you prioritize a comfortable living experience, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

There are many delicious restaurants nearby, the Medici Chapel is just outside the door, the location is very convenient, and the train station is also within walking distance. The staff are also very friendly and will help you proactively. Just be careful to make sure you have a way to call the staff if you arrive too late, otherwise you may not be able to get in. The environment is very good and clean. I highly recommend it.
