The front desk staff were all very friendly, and the room was a pretty standard dorm. The shower had a bit of a drain smell if you showered for a long time, but it was okay. The bathroom, though, had a slight urine odor. The bed curtains were nice, but unfortunately, my perfume was stolen during my stay. You really need to hide your valuables well here.

The hostel is huge. It mainly hosts young people and school groups. Nevertheless, they manage to keep it clean! You can only pay by card for everything there! Towels cost extra. The front desk staff are friendly: they helped me check in and store my suitcase in the luggage room. They have a huge dining area where breakfast is served – it's good, and the coffee is excellent. You can eat your own food there at other times of the day. But! There's no microwave!!! There's a hot water dispenser, which was cold or empty exactly when I needed it most)) Bring shower sandals. In the quadruple room with a bathroom, water would flood the entire floor – that's just how the shower is designed there. The stained-glass windows on every floor are beautiful!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at The Bee Hostel! The staff's behavior was excellent, and their service was top-notch. The cleanliness is highly commendable, and the hostel itself is really nice. What I appreciated most was that it offers great privacy for the guests. Highly recommended!

I stayed at a POD. Check-in was smooth. Bath towels cost extra, so it's probably a good idea to bring your own, or buy a microfiber towel at a supermarket or something. The cleanliness of the pod itself was perfectly fine, I think. Though it can be a bit noisy when other guests close their doors. What bothered me was the shower room. Firstly, it leaks easily. Be careful, as your shoes might get wet while you're showering due to the water leaking. Well, it's cheap, so I guess it's worth the price. I think it would be more comfortable with slippers.

Love the location and the facilities in the hostel but the ladder for the upper bed is real hard to climb for my opinion and after taking a shower while the feet still a bit wet. It is getting a lot slippery and the room is quiet pack with a lot of bed making the locker is not enough for everyone as some is broken and I couldn’t use my because someone already took my locker.

Really great hostel in amsterdam, around 8 mins walk from the metro station. The place was modern and clean. The beds had no curtains but it was okay because the room was huge and the beds were not cramped together. It’s jus that there was a weird design: the washbasin and the toilet is in two separate rooms, so i couldnt wash my hands when someone was using the other room.

Our experience was very good. The biggest highlight is, without a doubt, the location. It's very close to the Central Station, and you can walk to all the main attractions in central Amsterdam, which made the trip much more convenient. The service was also excellent. The staff were very attentive, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The room is indeed small. There isn't much space for two people to get ready at the same time, and we ended up using the corridor to open our suitcases. However, this wasn't an issue for us, as the purpose of the trip was to enjoy the city. We only used the hostel to shower, get ready, and sleep. Therefore, I consider it excellent value for money for anyone planning to spend the day exploring Amsterdam and looking for well-located, clean accommodation with good service and comfort for resting at the end of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

There's not much to say about this place; the concept is really interesting, but inside, the rooms have a bit of a Dutch style, with carpet and wood everywhere. It's a bit dated, if you can call it that, but it works and works well. It's a shame they don't offer breakfast, and the lobby is quite small. One last thing, which I think only applies to my room: half the bed was covered by the ceiling, just 20cm above it, making it almost impossible to get in. I had to sleep in the space of half a single bed, even though I had a French bed. Weird.
