GGuest UserCheck in is posted for 2 PM. Found facility around 3 pm and checked in only to find the door to “my room” open, warm, and not ready. Called front desk. Person didn’t apologize. She said I would have to come back to lobby to see if they had another room ready or “you mignt have to wait.” I didn’t take this very well. I am a disabled (invisible) American. The front desk person knew that. Lugging my suitcase on carpeting does a number on my back. She did find another room but it caused my back to spasm. Not necessary. Just practice integrity and customer service excellence.

NNSprimsd1The staff wee nice and very accommodate and helpful. The room are big and the bed was very comfortable. Pillows were standard size. Nice clean towels. Have mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. But unfortunately in our room have no coffee bag. Breakfast was small only waffle and juice available. Overall we has a nice stay.

GGuest UserVery pleased with cleanliness and quiet room. Good location to stop on our way to New Mexico. We were easily able to meet up with our other family members.
