Me and my daughter stayed here for 2 nights, the staff was amazing especially with my baby daughter. Hotel is close to everything, great local. Rooms are basic and a bit worn but does the job. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will be returning 😊
Great location, excellent breakfast and amenities. I stayed six nights (between 22 and 28th Jan 2024 in Room 406), and Muracettin and the team, including Hilal, especially ever smiling, Gigdem ensured our day started well at the breakfast.
Daily housekeeping was done to a good standard, thus returning to the hotel every day after busy exploration and shopping was always pleasant. Fatih and his colleagues, including Kamel at the reception, were readily available to provide assistance or any information required and were truly helpful.
In terms of main attractions, say the very end of Sultanahmet, where the Blue mosque and the likes of Hagia Sophia is about 25 - 30 min walk. Notably, the hotel is so close to the main shopping district of the old city of Istanbul, including the vibrant grand bazaar and hundreds of wholesale and retail outlets. Hotel's restaurant provides handful choices, I tried the 3 course menu for 450 (Lira), which was quite reasonable.
If I need to be so critical, I would urge the hotel to consider upgrading the bathroom outlook. Otherwise, everything in there is perfect and in full working order.
The city view from my room, especially the minerat of Kamal Pasa mosque and the azan (call for prayers) for me was so heart touching and sentimental. For the first time in many years, I felt so emotional to leave this place, thanks for the team who showed so much of love and care.
There is a health club within the hotel where all types of massages including hammam (payable) and sona (free), are available.
I wouldn't choose anywhere else on my trips to Istanbul!
The room is fully equipped, the front desk staff is enthusiastic to assist, only 3 minutes from the light rail, 6 minutes from the airport shuttle bus station, 9 minutes from the MRT station, super recommended, the edge of the old town, convenient and not crowded

Despite the fact that the toilet door was difficult to close and the view from the window was on a large gray wall, and the furniture required updating, staying at the hotel brought a lot of positive emotions. First of all, I would like to note the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They treated us to tea, answered all questions, organized a fantastic excursion walk along the Bosphorus... In the spa - fantastic Aisha! Delicious breakfasts and excellent transport interchange (metro, tram within walking distance)
Good location, breakfast, clean, didn't like the staff, on breakfast it is necessary to persuade that the plaster is baked, on the resepe refused to help
Good location of the hotel. Friendly staff. Remarkable cleaning ladies. Top cleanliness. Full breakfast. Women who manage the kitchen service at the top.
The only negative point of this hotel is the bed. The mattress was not of good quality my back took a hit.
Apart from that pleasant stay and the location made it very easy for us to get around.
Bad reviews on the steps at the door, fortunately the waiter helped with the luggage, the front desk and the room service were very good, the breakfast was average, but the three beds in the room were strange
The hotel is decent, the room is comfortable, but the window opens small. It's difficult to sleep without air conditioning. Breakfast is good. There were no cherries or peaches. I didn't go to the pool.

GGuest UserWe got to the hotel after midnight and was told that the room is flooded and no other room available for now. We were sent to a different hotel and told that they would have a room for us in the morning. They sent us from Crowne Plaza to Ramada (an outrageous downgrade). We slept a few hours at Ramada and checked out and returned to the front desk of Crowne Plaza. The lady at the front desk told us that there were still no room for us and we had to go back to the Ramada again. We told her we would like to speak to her manager, and she said she is the manager. I told her that the arrangement is not acceptable. Finally, she said that a room would be available in 20 minutes. What a ridiculous experience!
GGuest UserPerfect stay in Istanbul, clean and spacious room. All staff very helpful and friendly. Room rate is really good too. What would you ask more? :-) recommended to anyone 😉
HHANThe cleaning aunt is good, but the front desk is not good. At first, I was given a windowless room, but I ordered a standard room, and then I went to the theory to change it. Breakfast is on the top floor, wait to see a little sea. Breakfast is ok. The room is too small!
GGuest UserIt is within walking distance from the airport bus stop and close to the tram Axalai station. You can also go to the blue mosque after a walk. The location is very good. This means you need to be prepared for some noise.
Not a barrier free hotel. First of all, the entrance to the front desk is the stairs. In addition, my room was on the second floor but it was a floor without elevator. So it was a long time to carry a suitcase. There is an elevator on the second floor depending on the location. It is made a little different. The hot water was good. There was no water clog in the shower room.
Breakfast was satisfactory for me. Common style in Turkish hotels, buffet, tomatoes, cucumbers, yogurt, boiled *, cheese, ham, etc. I stayed for a long time but it is the same menu.
Cleaning was done every day, but linens such as sheets were not replaced. Towels are subtle. It is not so squeezed, so it is not like it is not.
Stuart was not so friendly, but only the youngest young man felt very good.
Check-in, check-out, luggage storage, etc. were smooth.
GGuest UserThe hotel president or the official, an old man, Ashib Ras, interferes with the inhabitants with a kind of racism towards the Arabs.
The rest of the staff, especially the morning kitchen for breakfast, and the reception is very, very good.
GGuest UserHotel location is very good, other aspects are not satisfactory. The bugs in the room have been crawling, the hotel's internal environment is messy, and it is a level worse than the farmhouse in China!
