My first time at the hotel.
The location is very comfortable as you can reach anywhere easily.
The staff are all so helpfull and calm, and they refuse nothing you ask for.
The hotel has a swimming pool which is free of charge, as it has a spa and suana.
The breakfast is good also
Rooms are comfy

The hotel has an excellent location. Tram and metro are 5 minutes on foot. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is delicious and varied. All liked it. The room is small but comfortable. We didn't regret anything. Thanks to the staff of this hotel.

I booked a hotel and didn't pay attention to see that it was not a hotel in Zagreb, so I couldn't check out. The loss of the room fee is very heavy 😭😭😭

They charged us 81 usd for washing for a wash and a half of clothes when the price of the hotel night was 72 usd, incredible.
