The value for money is low. The room is old style as well all facilities. You feel in a “real” 3 stars hotel Breakfast very disappointed The staff can be English and nice at the reception

Bad impression on their coffee shop. Had breakfast yesterday and saw a lot of tables with used dishes piling up. Obviously guests had left but seems like no one is cleaning up. And the table I sat at has water stains all over it. Looked like whoever doing the cleaning did not not look and only got job half done. Room I was in the A/C was not working properly. I told the front desk in the morning and asked them to fix it but when I came back in the evening, the A/C is still now working. The draining system in the bathroom sink did not work. I had water in the sink when I left the room in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the water in the sink is gone but I found out the drainage system is still not working. It shows whoever serviced the room did not have the heart to get the job done correctly. One good thing to talk about is the hotel did offer me another room due to the A/C problem. Looks like the management is not doing their job.

This is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. However great location, cross the river and you are in the mids of the city. Ernst , New Zealand

Great location, with the subway station right outside, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. That afternoon, we visited the Cultural Plaza, and my child was completely engrossed for three hours! We then walked halfway around Moon Lake, where we witnessed the vibrant energy of the local seniors. As we walked from day into evening, we were lucky enough to capture some incredibly beautiful sunset glow! On our way to Qingjiamu for dinner, the sunlight dappling through the roadside trees was so beautiful I couldn't tear my eyes away. As a home cook myself, I can say that most of Qingjiamu's dishes were exquisite and delicious. As a specialty Ningbo restaurant, it's definitely worth experiencing! I heard their raw marinated seafood is a specialty, but unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of raw food. However, their braised pork belly and eel rice were absolutely unbelievably delicious! Highly recommended! After dinner, we finished walking the remaining half of Moon Lake, then visited Drum Tower. We happened to catch the evening projection show, and even at night, it was incredibly crowded! Our half-day 'citywalk' concluded with a total of 16,000 steps for the day. The next day, we slept in and enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the hotel. I highly recommend trying the freshly made mini wontons there! We took the high-speed train to Ningbo Academician Center. The scenery there was indeed beautiful, but I don't recommend visiting the 'influencer hotspots,' as there are huge crowds queuing up for photos. If you have time, you can visit the International Lake House; the scenery there is also absolutely stunning! Unfortunately, it suddenly poured rain the day I went, and I was soaked to the bone. So we spontaneously changed plans and went to Rulinhui Foot Spa for a foot massage. By the time it was over, my clothes were almost dry. We also tried the specialty seafood noodles at Miandaozan, and they were truly fantastic! Afterwards, we went to Romon Universal Park for the evening session. You definitely need to buy the night-session ticket as there's hardly any queuing, and the experience is fantastic! Another day of 15,000 steps – what a blast!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located close to Culture Square, Fuqing North subway station and share bicycles. The only problem was the television set. The screen was faulty.

The hotel is classy and the front desk stuff are young and amazing , the room was super clean and spacious with a nice view, I felt at home.

The details have been pulled to 🈵 The hotel is located by a small river in Ningbo residential area The whole building is a minimalist industrial style of neo-modernism The small garden on the first floor is very chilly Pomegranates and various types are planted in the simple garden. Simple but tasteful Good feeling starts with the elevator coming up from the parking lot (picture wait for the comment post) Few hotels at this price pay such attention to such details And then the room. Luckyly helped me upgrade to the Huajian Hidden Room type when I checked in 🦄 180 degree river view can directly see the small garden Every design detail of the room combines its price I was moved to [sniffing R] First of all, it must be aesthetic and material. I can see that the boss is not stingy Very classic brown with ink green Like walking into a high-end Parisian apartment. The owner is a bit fascinated by the Oriental elements and the medieval details Toiletries are my favorite Le Labo33 Most of the room supplies, including water, the boss has done a VI design It is touching and uses natural materials (including paper, comb...) The warm and comfortable atmosphere immediately greeted me upon entering the hotel lobby. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully offered a welcome drink. The room itself was exceptional. My deluxe king room was spacious, bright, and perfectly laid out. The patented American ”Hampton Bed” Serta double mattress felt like being enveloped in a cloud, and I slept soundly. The room also boasted various smart devices. Simply calling ”Hampton” controlled the TV, lights, air conditioning, and curtains—a truly technological touch! The 55-inch HD LCD TV was perfect for catching up on TV series. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and was stocked with Peter Thomas Roth toiletries, a brand exclusive to Hampton by Hilton. A shower left me feeling refreshed. Breakfast was served in the breakfast room on the first floor, offering a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including freshly cooked rice noodles and pastries, as well as various pastries, fruits, and drinks. A bowl of steaming Ningbo glutinous rice balls was a perfect start to the day. The hotel also boasts comprehensive amenities, including a 24-hour Ledong Gym, equipped with top-tier equipment, a favorite for fitness enthusiasts, and an LG self-service laundry room, perfect for keeping clothes fresh while on the go. From check-in to complimentary self-service laundry and mineral water throughout your stay, the hotel's thoughtful services are evident.

Loved my stay here. Everyone was friendly and the room was quiet. The pool was big and there was a hot tub and sauna. I’ll be back!
