Alex and William were both great 👍. I highly recommend staying here. Plus, the transportation is very convenient; it's very close to Ningbo Station and not far from the airport."

It's also not far from the subway station, making it easy to get to places further away. I only found out upon checking in that this was the first five-star hotel in Zhejiang. Considering how many years it's been, the facilities have been well-maintained and renovated. The service is top-notch; all the staff are very friendly and proactively greet you, and they're quick to assist whenever you need help. The room had no strange odors, was very clean, and well-kept. During my multi-day stay, they even provided complimentary snacks."

You literally can't miss it once you exit the North Square! 😂 Although the hotel is a bit older, it's generally clean and comfortable. The in-room amenities are also great, especially being able to order room service by scanning a QR code. The breakfast was excellent too, with a wide variety of delicious options. My only minor complaint is that the insect control needs improvement (there were quite a few small flies buzzing around the food in the salad area). Moon Lake Park is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to start a city walk from the hotel."

"The uncle at the front desk was very welcoming. He told us where we could go beachcombing and even personally showed us to our room. Later, the auntie managing the room explained how to use the Wi-Fi, parking vouchers, and water heater. She also gave us the address for takeout. The balcony had a great location with no obstructions, offering views of the yacht club, children's playground, and Rainbow Bridge. The guesthouse was in a great location, the room was clean and tidy, and it was very close to the submarine exhibition hall, making it perfect for a weekend trip with kids."
