I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. I didn't expect it to be such a good experience. The hotel environment is nice. The lobby smells good when I walk in. The room is big and new. The front desk helped me upgrade the room. They were very gentle when I checked in. They also asked about my stay experience when I checked out. They put the guests' feelings first. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Tianjin.

The restaurant itself is spacious with ample seating, making for a very comfortable dining experience. Upon check-in, we were also given four bar vouchers, which we used for two soft drinks and two Tsingtao beers. Additionally, there was a welcome fruit platter in our room. The bathtub in the room was excellent. We stayed in two adjacent rooms that had a connecting door, which is ideal for families or for creating a family suite setup. The spacious desk and desk lamp were a significant plus, allowing our kids to occasionally read or do homework. The bedside universal power adapters were incredibly convenient for direct USB charging. The shower also provided instant and strong hot water. The *only* significant drawback was that on the night we arrived, during a heavy downpour, we discovered around midnight that water was leaking into the room from the window. We immediately called the front desk, and a staff member promptly brought two bath towels to stem the flow. I strongly recommend the hotel addresses this issue during the dry season; resolving it would make the stay absolutely perfect. Additionally, the labels on all the light switches were too small and indistinct. We couldn't read them clearly, and often had to use a flashlight to figure out which switch was for which light. I suggest enlarging and making the font more prominent for easier operation, especially for elderly guests. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely return if we have the chance.
