The hotel is in serious need of renovation. It looks nothing like the photos shown on Trip.com. The pool was in poor condition — more like a murky pond. Additionally, the surrounding area doesn’t feel very pleasant or safe. For the price we paid, there are definitely better options nearby. This is by no means a 4-star hotel.

The hotel’s in an okay spot, but the place is clearly past its prime. Had to call reception multiple times just to get basic things sorted. The real headache, though, was the parking — they don’t have their own, and the valet ended up parking our car somewhere 30 minutes away. The valet staff were rude and actually argued with guests about the delay like it was no big deal. Overall, not a great experience — wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It was nice, Been there so many times. But this in guy reception doesn't know that i have my reservation already, I give to him the copy of the confirm and he just said, Just wait, Until this one guy came in, And he prioritizes it. When you don't look like rich, He will not prioritize you. And even in the pool area, we feel like we are out of place. Since we came there and this one guy ask us, Which room are you? which room are you? But in some other guys he didn't ask. But it was fine.

From check in till check out everything goes smoothly with respect and cleanness comfort beds very good breakfast rooms are big service room is excellent nothing to add excellent experience I will come back

It’s nice hotel calm place the receptionist Ms. Ihdaa she was really nice and helpful she arrange bed for our small baby and answer all my question it was my first time in this hotel but because of the way of dealing with my family we will repeat it again
