Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences

Extremely friendly and helpful staff - there is a sense of freedom I felt when walking around and exploring here. The room was spacious and had a modern aesthetic feel to it, bathroom was the size of many 3 star European hotel rooms, balcony is huge overlooking the majestic Emirates Palace hotel and Abu Dhabi Corniche. The gym is one of best - Spacious, variety of equipment, bright and energetic - great vibes. Breakfast buffet was very tasty and plentiful - staff here too were first rate. Only downside I could think of was the Air conditioner in one of our 2 rooms was a little lacking in coolness (the other room was very nice and chilled). Not a biggie since it wasn't uncomfortable at all and we didn't feel the need to call front desk. All in all a great stay. Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi - Highly recommended to any and all future travellers.

I really love this place—both the atmosphere and the natural surroundings. I’d definitely visit again. The view is stunning, with the sea all around.

I’d highly suggest booking a room with a palace view. The hotel and room facilities felt outdated; definitely a refurb is recommended. Service was lacking as well, though the valet team was great.

Unfortunately during the stay the air conditioning for the entire building was broken for the night of our stay and was quite unbearable. The overall room was quite large, very spacious but room itself was outdated and needs to be redone. Scratch marks and scuffs everywhere but overall the stay was decent. Would not come back here but the location was superb and view itself is impeccable.

I really like this hotel, and this is not my first time staying here. I always choose it because I enjoy the overall experience. However, there are a few issues that I hope can be improved. The air conditioning in the rooms never seems to get cold enough, which makes the room uncomfortable. Also, the room has an unpleasant smell, and the pillows and duvet don’t smell fresh either. Another issue I experienced was with the room lights. They were too bright, and I couldn’t make the room dark enough at night, so I didn’t feel comfortable while trying to sleep. I hope these issues can be addressed because I genuinely enjoy staying at this hotel and would love to continue coming back.
